Refund and Returns Policy

Hey there! Our return policy is all about making you happy. You’ve got 30 days to return your item, just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t refund gift cards or downloadable software.

To start the process, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. And remember, don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we want to handle it ourselves.

Now, there are a few cases where we might offer a partial refund. If a book has been loved a little too much or the item isn’t in its original condition, we might need to chat about it.

Once we get your return, we’ll shoot you an email to keep you in the loop. If all looks good, your refund will be on its way to your credit card or original payment method. Keep an eye out, it usually takes a few days.

If your refund seems to be taking a detour, check your bank account, then give your credit card company and bank a shout. Sometimes these things take a bit of time.

Oh, and sale items? Sorry, they can’t be refunded.

Now, gifts – if it was marked as a gift, you’ll get a sweet gift credit. If not, the generous gift giver gets the refund.

Shipping returns? Send it to PO Box 514, Goshen, OH 45122. Just a heads up, you’ll cover the shipping costs, and unfortunately, those costs aren’t refundable. But, if you’re returning something valuable, consider a trackable shipping service – it’s like a little insurance for your item’s journey.
